Jody started the company in 2019 to assist business owners, businesses, charities, and associations solve operational challenges.
During her career 30-year career, Jody worked and collaborated with CEOs, executive, board members and colleagues on a variety of business organizational processes and signature events with NAIT, Oilers Entertainment Group and Northlands.
Jody partners with businesses and business owners providing both virtual and in-person support for organizing and maintaining schedules, creating, and updating processes, solving problems, recommending, and implementing solutions. She works with clients to provide guidance and professional organization specializing in operations and administration to keep clients organized and processes streamlined. Jody also has many years of experience in board governance support and events management.
Jody seeks to learn and keeps current with relevant training and courses. She holds a NAIT Diploma in Secretarial and Office Administration and has completed public relations, special events certificate program courses and workplace investigation courses.
Family and quality of life are very important to Jody, and she enjoys acreage life with her male partner and spending time with family and friends. Jody is an active volunteer for various charities and helps to organize events in her community.

Nicole is an intention and purpose driven individual, who has travelled the country, with a focus of always continuing to learn and grow throughout her journeys.
Nicole graduated from Carleton University, in 2008, with a degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Psychology. After working as a private investigator for 7 years; Nicole began nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit and love for travel. That path has brought her across Canada, working for some of the largest global companies, as well as many small and local businesses. Her nearly 2-decade career has been diverse, allowing her to gain a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the needs of business operations and logistics as a whole. During that time, Nicole also obtained a certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, as well as a certification in Coaching, where she enjoys working with clients on creating intentional success, through building solid foundations.
Nicole excels in effective communication, leadership, training/team building, coaching, client/customer experience development, operational efficiencies and organization, administrative systems and processes, logistics, research, and interviewing. She is extremely passionate about working with people and businesses to help them achieve an overall healthy work culture; that fosters success based on intentional strategy, company values, employee retention and efficient/organized foundational systems and processes.
Nicole now calls Prince Edward Island home, and outside of her own endeavours, enjoys time spent with her husband, friends, and family; getting involved in community, and eating good food!

Brittany graduated in 2021 from the NAIT JR Shaw School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in human resources. While attending NAIT, she co-founded NEON (New Entrepreneurs Club of NAIT). The NEON club at NAIT educated and familiarized students, with an entrepreneurial mindset, on different market analysis strategies and funding options funding options to assist local/growing businesses with new entrepreneurial growth and improvement of business practices.
Proficient in marketing strategies, communications, content, social media, she is an adaptable and transformational team member with an ability to work independently, creating effective presentations, and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.

She began her administrative career working with a law firm and expanded her administrative, client relations and events assistant skills with Northlands. Her specialized skills as an HR Coordinator with a large municipality included training staff on a new software system and many other HR functions.
Bailey is a Sharepoint file managment expert and experienced in working with a team to document business and operational processes as a Business Process Coordinator.
Bailey and her fiancé, Mark, own and operate Durapaw, a growing business that specializes in dog toys and natural treats for pets.
Her skills in business processes, SharePoint file management and HR bode well for VES as we continue to grow.
